LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor for a temporary role at La Rinascente Milano. Luxury fashion experience, Italian and English fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team results
- Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives to clients
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio, maintaining accurate client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all store-wide activities aligned with organizational objectives
- Execute visual merchandising tasks in accordance with LOEWE's visual identity standards
- Maintain product presentation, store cleanliness, security, and organization across all areas
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE's standards of professional grooming and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or luxury service roles
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual sales goals while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Deep personal interest in fashion, art, and contemporary culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and empathetic in professional interactions
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages valued
- Strong product knowledge and storytelling capability
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
