LOEWE Client Advisor position in Milan, Italy—temporary full-time role combining luxury retail sales with personalized client relationship management at La Rinascente flagship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives
- Create emotionally engaging client interactions that deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through strategic engagement and regular personalized contact via email, phone, messaging, and handwritten notes
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and creative vision
- Articulate product categories through comprehensive product knowledge and compelling storytelling
- Build and expand client book while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in company systems
- Collaborate as an active team player in all store activities and cross-functional initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising activities in alignment with LOEWE's visual standards and aesthetic guidelines
- Maintain products and retail environment with efficiency, cleanliness, security, and organization in both front and back of house areas
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-office operational tasks
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding professional grooming and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team performance
- Deep passion and knowledge of fashion, art, and culture
- Natural inclination toward inclusivity and open-mindedness
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous
