Loewe seeks a Client Advisor in Bal Harbour (Miami), FL to drive sales and deliver personalised luxury service at its boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs to contribute to boutique performance.
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client experience that deepens long‑term relationships and reflects Loewe’s brand and product heritage.
- Maintain and update the client book and CRM with accurate customer records to enable targeted follow‑up and event promotion.
- Proactively promote in‑store events and client opportunities via email, telephone and personalised correspondence.
- Support store presentation and visual merchandising to Loewe standards, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom remain orderly and brand compliant.
- Handle client enquiries and after‑sales needs, including shipping, alterations and delivery follow‑up.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication, a positive team culture and seamless client service.
- Assist with receiving, shipping and inventory control tasks as required and contribute to general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational ability and attention to follow‑through.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
- Adaptability to respond to varied client profiles; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a boutique retail environment with demonstrable success in client development and sales achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
