LOEWE seeks Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor at Harrods London. Full-time luxury retail role with focus on client relationships, brand storytelling, and exceptional service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store performance objectives while contributing to team results
- Engage clients with emotional intelligence to create exceptional and memorable shopping experiences
- Build and maintain a diverse and growing client portfolio through strategic relationship development
- Sustain client relationships through personalized communication via email, telephone, messaging, and handwritten correspondence
- Communicate brand heritage and product narratives with authority and storytelling acumen
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge across all categories and highlight key collections
- Update and manage client information systems to ensure accurate and actionable customer intelligence
- Collaborate effectively with team members on all activities supporting store objectives and culture
- Execute visual merchandising according to LOEWE's rigorous aesthetic and merchandising standards
- Maintain exemplary product presentation, security, and organization in both front and back-of-house areas
