LOEWE Client Advisor position in Bahrain | Full-time luxury retail role requiring Arabic and English fluency and 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while maintaining high performance standards
- Connect with clients through engaging emotional dialogue to deliver an exceptional and memorable client experience
- Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships through active engagement and regular personalized communication
- Maintain client relations through consistent contact via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and artistic vision to clients
- Highlight product categories through comprehensive product knowledge and compelling storytelling techniques
- Develop and expand your personal client book, ensuring accurate and current client information within company systems
- Collaborate as a dedicated team player in all store activities aligned with overall boutique objectives
- Participate actively in visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards and design principles
- Maintain products, store environment, and facilities in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and execute ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards of professional grooming and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or advisory role
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual performance targets and contributing to team results
- Deep personal interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and empathetic in professional style and approach
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to building and maintaining client relationships

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a customer-centric role within luxury retail or a similar service-oriented environment, with a proven track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business, hospitality, or related discipline is advantageous.
