LOEWE seeks Client Advisor in Madrid, Spain. Luxury retail role requiring 3+ years experience, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, and passion for fashion and service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives while contributing to overall team results
- Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and artistic vision
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and utilize storytelling techniques to highlight product categories and collections
- Grow and maintain a personal client portfolio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all store activities and strategic initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising according to LOEWE's aesthetic standards and guidelines
- Maintain products, store environment, and back-of-house areas in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management activities and execute ad hoc operational tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding appearance and professional conduct

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or luxury environments
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results
- Strong portfolio management and client relationship-building experience

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric retail role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Proven ability to achieve individual performance goals whilst maintaining a collaborative team approach.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, sales, or fashion is advantageous.
