LOEWE Madrid is hiring a Client Advisor (German speaker). Permanent full-time role delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling and client development.
- Create emotionally engaging and memorable client experiences through personalised service and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; grow and update a personal client book using company tools.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messaging and personalised notes to maintain engagement.
- Convey LOEWE’s history, heritage and product knowledge across all categories to support selling.
- Collaborate as a team player in store activities and contribute to overall store performance.
- Support visual merchandising to LOEWE standards and participate in store presentation initiatives.
- Maintain stock, back-of-house organisation and assist with inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in client-facing roles, preferably within luxury retail or a similar customer-centric environment.
- Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to translate that interest into client conversations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a client portfolio.
- Commercially minded and results driven while demonstrating a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in client-facing luxury retail or a comparable customer-centric role, with demonstrable success in achieving individual sales objectives and growing client portfolios.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or formal experience in luxury retail, sales or customer service is desirable.
