LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor at Harrods in London to deliver luxury retail experiences and build client relationships. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives while maintaining results-driven commercial focus
- Connect with clients in an engaging, emotional way to provide exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and artistic vision
- Cultivate deep product knowledge and utilize storytelling to highlight product categories
- Build and grow a sustainable client portfolio, maintaining accurate records in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all store activities and initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain products, front-of-house and back-of-house spaces in an organized, secure, and efficient manner
- Support inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards of grooming and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric retail or service role
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
