LOEWE seeks Client Advisor (maternity cover) in London. Full-time retail position at Harrods boutique with 3+ years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives through results-driven performance
- Connect with clients emotionally to provide exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through engagement and regular communication
- Maintain client relations via email, phone, messages, and personalized notes
- Master and articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and creative vision
- Highlight product categories through expert product knowledge and compelling storytelling
- Develop and grow personal client book while updating information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all activities contributing to store objectives
- Actively participate in visual merchandising aligned with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain products efficiently, securely, and in an organized manner in both front and back of house
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks
- Uphold company policies and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards

- Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Experience in customer-centric retail or luxury service environment
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Naturally inclusive and open-minded approach
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic demeanor
- Effective communication skills with ability to build and maintain client portfolios
- Results-driven commercial mindset balanced with strong team collaboration
- Fluency in English
