LOEWE Client Advisor at Selfridges, London – luxury fashion retail role focused on client experience and sales achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Connect with clients in an engaging and emotionally resonant manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Engage with all clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships
- Maintain client relations through regular, personalized communication via email, telephone, messaging, and handwritten notes
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and creative vision
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and employ sophisticated storytelling to highlight product categories
- Develop and expand the client portfolio, maintaining accurate and current client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team member in all activities supporting store objectives
- Actively participate in visual merchandising initiatives in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain products, store environments, and back-of-house areas in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management procedures and ad hoc back-of-house responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards

- Proven track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Experience in a customer-centric retail or service role
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture

- Fluent in English

Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric luxury retail or hospitality environment, with demonstrated success in client relationship building and sales achievement.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further education in fashion, retail management, or related field is advantageous.
