LOEWE Client Advisor position at Harrods, London. Deliver luxury retail experiences and build client relationships. Full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Connect with clients in an engaging, emotional manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and values to clients
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and use storytelling to highlight product categories
- Grow and maintain an active client book, updating client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all store activities contributing to overall objectives
- Participate actively in visual merchandising aligned with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain product displays, store environment, and back-of-house spaces in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional conduct

- Experience in a customer-centric retail or hospitality role
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
