LOEWE Client Advisor position at Harrods in London. Deliver luxury service and drive sales for a premium fashion house valuing craft and culture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and store objectives through consistent commercial performance
- Engage clients emotionally to create memorable, exceptional service experiences
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular, personalized communication
- Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio, ensuring accurate record-keeping within company systems
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product expertise through compelling storytelling
- Collaborate as a team player in all store activities and visual merchandising initiatives aligned with brand standards
- Maintain product displays, inventory, and store organization according to LOEWE's presentation standards
- Support back-of-house operations, inventory management, and ad hoc tasks as required
- Uphold company policies and LOEWE's standards regarding personal grooming, conduct, and professional behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven experience in customer-centric roles
