LOEWE Client Advisor position in London at Selfridges Accessories—full-time role combining luxury retail expertise with client relationship development and brand storytelling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consistent client engagement and service excellence
  • Connect with clients in an engaging, emotionally resonant manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication via multiple channels including email, telephone, and personalized correspondence
  • Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives with depth and authenticity
  • Cultivate product knowledge and employ sophisticated storytelling techniques to highlight category offerings and drive client purchases
  • Build and expand a personal client book, maintaining accurate client data and preferences within company systems
  • Collaborate seamlessly as a team member on all store activities and initiatives aligned with store objectives
  • Execute visual merchandising activities in strict compliance with LOEWE's visual identity and merchandising standards
  • Maintain all merchandise in optimal condition with attention to organization, cleanliness, security, and presentation in all areas
  • Support inventory management processes and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding professional grooming and workplace behavior

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric retail or luxury retail environment
  • Deep genuine interest in fashion, art, and contemporary culture
  • Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and empathetic in interpersonal approach
  • Exceptional communication skills with the cultural sensitivity to build and maintain sophisticated client relationships
  • Results-driven commercial mindset balanced with strong team player mentality
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language preferred
