Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consultative client engagement
  • Create emotionally resonant, memorable client experiences through personalized service delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships via targeted communication (email, phone, messages, personalized correspondence)
  • Master and articulate LOEWE's brand heritage, product philosophy, and leather expertise
  • Develop product storytelling capabilities to highlight seasonal collections and category depth
  • Systematically grow and maintain client portfolio data within company systems
  • Collaborate as a committed team player on all store activities and performance initiatives
  • Execute visual merchandising according to LOEWE's global brand standards
  • Maintain pristine inventory presentation and organization across front and back-of-house areas
  • Support inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks as required
