Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consultative client engagement
- Create emotionally resonant, memorable client experiences through personalized service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships via targeted communication (email, phone, messages, personalized correspondence)
- Master and articulate LOEWE's brand heritage, product philosophy, and leather expertise
- Develop product storytelling capabilities to highlight seasonal collections and category depth
- Systematically grow and maintain client portfolio data within company systems
- Collaborate as a committed team player on all store activities and performance initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising according to LOEWE's global brand standards
- Maintain pristine inventory presentation and organization across front and back-of-house areas
- Support inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, including LOEWE's grooming and comportment standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team results
- Fluent English proficiency; additional language capability is advantageous

Skills
Experience
