LOEWE Client Advisor role at Harrods, London. Full-time permanent position delivering luxury retail experiences with a focus on client relationships and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while exceeding client service expectations
- Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized notes
- Master and articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product categories through expert storytelling
- Develop and grow client book, updating client information on company systems
- Collaborate with team members on all store activities and visual merchandising initiatives in accordance with LOEWE's standards
- Maintain products, inventory, and store premises in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operations as needed
- Uphold company policies and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or luxury sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals and contribute to team results
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and empathetic in approach
- Fluent in English; additional language skills highly valued
