Client Advisor position at LOEWE Heathrow T3, London. Full-time retail role delivering luxury client experiences in fashion and leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store objectives whilst maintaining ambitious commercial targets
  • Connect with clients emotionally to deliver exceptional and memorable brand experiences
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive, personalized communication via multiple channels
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and grow the personal client book through targeted engagement
  • Master and communicate LOEWE's brand heritage, culture, and artistic legacy
  • Articulate product categories and storytelling through deep product knowledge
  • Participate actively in visual merchandising initiatives aligned with LOEWE's aesthetic standards
  • Maintain organized, efficient, secure, and clean retail spaces both front and back of house
  • Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house responsibilities
  • Operate as an engaged team player, contributing to collective store objectives
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, grooming standards, and behavioral expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or client advisory roles
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals while contributing to team results
