Client Advisor position at LOEWE Harrods Accessories, London. Luxury retail role focused on exceptional client service and relationship building.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive client engagement
- Connect with clients in an emotionally resonant way to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular personalized communication via email, phone, messaging, and handwritten notes
- Articulate brand heritage, history, and product narratives with expertise and storytelling acumen
- Develop and expand client portfolio while maintaining accurate and current client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player across all store activities and initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising standards in accordance with LOEWE's aesthetic guidelines
- Maintain product displays, stockrooms, and retail environments to LOEWE's standards of efficiency, security, and organization
