LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in London (Liberty) — full-time, on-site role delivering exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store objectives.
- Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and regular follow-up (email, phone, messages, notes).
- Deliver memorable client experiences by communicating brand history, heritage, and product storytelling.
- Grow and maintain an active client book, ensuring client data is accurately recorded in company systems.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain LOEWE’s visual standards on the shop floor.
- Ensure products and store areas (front and back of house) are efficient, clean, secure and organised.
- Assist with inventory management and ad-hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE grooming and behaviour standards; collaborate as a proactive team player.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.
- Minimum three years' experience in a customer-centric, retail or luxury environment.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture, with strong product knowledge and storytelling ability.
- Commercially minded with results orientation while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic with effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or a customer-facing sales role, with demonstrable achievement of individual targets and contribution to team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study or vocational qualifications in fashion, retail, merchandising or related fields is advantageous.
