LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in London (Heathrow T3) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow the client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
- Deliver personalised, emotionally engaging client service to create memorable experiences.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication (email, phone, messages, handwritten notes).
- Grow and manage a client book, ensuring accurate client data is recorded in company CRM/tools.
- Communicate LOEWE’s heritage and product stories, highlighting product categories through informed storytelling.
- Actively support and execute visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Maintain product presentation and housekeeping standards—front and back of house—ensuring items are secure and organised.
- Assist with inventory management and ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and expected behaviours; collaborate as a cooperative team member.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in customer‑centric roles, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the sensitivity to build and sustain a client portfolio.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to translate that passion into client conversations.
- Service‑oriented, confident, adaptable and empathetic with a commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Commitment to LOEWE’s grooming and behavioural standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or other client‑facing environments with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and developing a client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
