LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Harrods) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow a personalised client portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store objectives through proactive selling and client development.
- Deliver an emotionally engaging, personalised client experience to build long-term relationships and grow a client book.
- Maintain regular client communication via phone, email, messages and personalised correspondence to nurture loyalty.
- Demonstrate and communicate LOEWE’s history, heritage and product storytelling across core categories.
- Update and manage client data accurately using company CRM tools to support targeted approaches and follow-ups.
- Contribute as an active team player across store activities, visual merchandising and seasonal initiatives.
- Support inventory management and execute back-of-house tasks to ensure product availability and store organisation.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, security, grooming and behaviour in line with LOEWE policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a customer-centric retail or luxury sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team performance.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the sensitivity to cultivate a private client portfolio.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and equally able to operate as a collaborative team member.
- Genuine interest in fashion, art and culture; inclusive, adaptable and service-oriented demeanour.

Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing retail or luxury sales role with demonstrable achievement of individual and team targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in luxury retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
