LOEWE — Client Advisor in London (Harrods). Luxury retail role delivering personalised client service and growing a high‑value client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach (email, phone, messages and handwritten notes).
- Develop and grow a client book; maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM and relevant internal tools.
- Communicate LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product narratives through knowledgeable storytelling across categories.
- Collaborate with the store team on merchandising, visual standards and store activities to maximise commercial performance.
- Support inventory control and back‑of‑house tasks to ensure product presentation and stock integrity.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE grooming and behavioural standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant retail or client‑facing experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to team results.
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to translate knowledge into compelling client experiences.
- Commercially minded, service‑oriented, adaptable, empathetic and naturally inclusive; strong team player.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑centric retail role, ideally within luxury fashion, leather goods or an equivalent high‑end environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education or professional training in fashion, luxury retail or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
