Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.

  • Assist with inventory control and ad hoc operational or administrative back‑of‑house tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and LOEWE standards regarding professional presentation and conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or a client‑facing, customer‑centric role.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team results.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to convey brand narrative persuasively.
  • Confident, service‑oriented and emotionally intelligent with an inclusive, open‑minded approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and sensitivity in building and managing a high‑value client portfolio.
  • Commercially minded while maintaining a collaborative team attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
