LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in London (Selfridges) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow accessory sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team targets.
  • Create emotionally engaging, personalised experiences that exceed client service expectations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular, proactive communication (email, phone, messages, personalised notes).
  • Convey LOEWE’s history, heritage, and product stories to promote product categories and drive sales.
  • Grow and manage a client book, ensuring client records are accurately updated in company systems.
  • Collaborate as a team player on store initiatives and participate in all activities supporting store performance.
  • Support visual merchandising to maintain LOEWE’s visual standards on the selling floor.
  • Maintain front- and back-of-house areas in an organised, secure and presentable manner.
  • Assist with inventory management and ad-hoc back-of-house tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies, including LOEWE’s grooming and conduct standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within luxury, premium, or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to communicate product storytelling persuasively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in client-facing luxury or premium retail roles, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and successful development of a client book.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail, or luxury brand management is a plus.
