Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to overall business growth and development
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by building enduring relationships and showcasing in-depth knowledge of LOEWE products, brand history, and heritage
  • Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer engagement and consultative selling
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to capture and leverage customer data for personalized client engagement and future sales opportunities
  • Maintain an organized, current client book with regular client contact, timely follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
  • Actively promote store events via email, phone, and personalized communications
  • Address client-related issues promptly, including shipping, alterations, and special requests
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well-organized and maintained according to company policy
  • Contribute to the visual presentation and merchandising of products in alignment with LOEWE's brand standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
