LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor (Leather Goods) in New York at Saks Fifth Avenue. Full‑time position, $22–$26/hr, focusing on clienteling and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual personal sales targets and contribute to store objectives.
  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service that deepens long‑term relationships and reflects LOEWE’s product knowledge and brand heritage.
  • Manage and grow a client book through proactive outreach, follow‑up on sales, events, shipping and alterations, and personalised communications.
  • Use CRM tools to record client data, identify opportunities, and support targeted clienteling activities.
  • Support store presentation and merchandising to LOEWE visual and image standards, including housekeeping of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Promote store events and initiatives via telephone, e‑mail and bespoke client correspondence.
  • Contribute to inventory control, receiving and shipping processes as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing individual and store KPIs while cultivating enduring client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
  • Collaborative team player with a client‑centric mindset and high adaptability to varied customer needs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as business requires.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.
