Role & Responsibilities

• Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures with a focus on excellence and precision
• Accurately process all POS transactions, ensuring proper wrapping, client data capture, and processing
• Protect company assets by following all loss prevention policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders, anticipating business needs
• Exceed individual and store sales targets whilst building enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining strong organizational follow-through
• Adapt service delivery to meet diverse customer needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Work flexibly to accommodate business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of proven luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment
• Demonstrated history of exceeding both individual and store targets
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with follow-through capability
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, carry, push/pull, kneel, climb, reach, and bend
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Proven ability to build and maintain client portfolios
• Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture

Experience
