LOEWE seeks Client Advisor at Las Vegas Wynn location. Luxury retail role with 3+ years experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to sustained business growth
  • Deliver personalized, premium customer service grounded in enduring client relationships and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Achieve individual KPI targets through exceptional retail service and client care
  • Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for targeted engagement and relationship development
  • Maintain accurate and organized client books with regular contact and follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom comply with company organization standards and policies
  • Contribute to visual merchandising presentation aligned with LOEWE's brand standards
  • Foster collaborative communication with colleagues to enhance the workplace environment
  • Address client concerns promptly, including shipping, alterations, and account issues
  • Actively promote store events through email, phone outreach, and personalized correspondence
  • Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations as required
  • Maintain LOEWE's image standards and uphold all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets

Experience
