Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs to drive store performance.
- Deliver exceptional, highly personalised client service grounded in deep knowledge of LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Develop and maintain an organised, up-to-date client book; proactively contact clients and follow up on sales, events, and enquiries.
- Use CRM tools to record customer information, identify opportunities, and personalise client engagement.
- Support visual presentation and merchandising in line with LOEWE standards to enhance brand image on the sales floor.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well maintained and organised according to company policy.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control tasks as required; resolve client issues including shipping and alterations.
- Promote store events through email, phone and hand-written notes and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Team-oriented attitude with proven ability to collaborate and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury fashion retail with demonstrable success in building long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or certification in retail, luxury sales or fashion is advantageous.
