LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor intern in Zurich to deliver exceptional client service, grow client relationships and support boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives and contribute to team results.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through emotionally engaged service.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via regular contact (email, phone, messages, handwritten notes).
- Master and communicate LOEWE’s brand heritage and product stories to highlight product categories.
- Grow and maintain an accurate client book and update client records in the company’s CRM/tools.
- Support visual merchandising activities and ensure shop presentation meets LOEWE visual standards.
- Maintain stock and boutique organisation front and back of house; assist with inventory tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German.
- Previous customer‑facing or retail experience preferred (achievement of individual targets advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for confidential client relationships.
- Commercially minded and results driven while demonstrating a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
- Passion for fashion, art and culture; inclusive and open‑minded approach.
- Confident, service‑oriented, adaptable and empathetic in client interactions.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level / internship. Some prior customer‑facing or retail experience is preferred; demonstrable ability to meet targets and work collaboratively is an asset.
Education
Enrollment in or recent graduate from a tertiary programme in fashion, business, marketing, communications or a related discipline; equivalent retail experience may be accepted.

The successful candidate will be located in Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland.
