The Client Advisor Intern supports a refined client experience while learning luxury boutique operations and developing retail and clienteling skills. This is a three-month, full-time internship in Rome, with workdays scheduled Monday to Sunday and two days off per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to memorable, personalized client interactions.
- Help build client relationships and support CRM activities, including follow-up, communication and clienteling.
- Support product presentation through storytelling and knowledge of the collections.
- Welcome clients as the first point of contact, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Assist with order preparation, packaging and gifting.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to daily store operations.
- Support Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
- Help organize and execute in-store events.
- Support inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
- Contribute to individual and store objectives.
- Follow company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.
