LOEWE Client Advisor Intern position in Rome, Italy. Join a luxury fashion internship with mentorship, study support, and lunch allowance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of refined client experiences through personalized, memorable interactions
- Assist in building client relationships and support CRM activities, including follow-up communication and clienteling
- Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact, identify needs, and direct to appropriate advisors
- Present products through storytelling and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the collections
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, and luxury gift wrapping
- Contribute to visual merchandising in alignment with LOEWE brand standards
- Support the organization and execution of in-store events
- Collaborate with the team on daily store operations and inventory management
- Adhere to company policies, professional image standards, and conduct guidelines
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and store-level commercial objectives
Qualifications
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in luxury retail
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Proactive and open-minded with demonstrated willingness to learn
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail experience or demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and client service; prior internship or retail exposure is beneficial but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed secondary education; tertiary education in fashion, hospitality, business, or related fields is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
