Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery of an elevated client experience through personalised, memorable interactions and effective first-point-of-contact greeting.
- Assist with client relationship management and CRM activities, including follow-up communications and clienteling.
- Present products through informed storytelling and a firm understanding of current collections.
- Prepare orders, manage packaging and gifting to brand presentation standards.
- Contribute to daily boutique operations and collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Support Visual Merchandising maintenance in accordance with Loewe standards.
- Assist in organising and executing in‑store events and promotional activities.
- Support inventory management and other back‑of‑house operational tasks while adhering to company policies and professional conduct.
