LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Milan — a 3-month on-site internship in luxury boutique clienteling with €800 study support and daily lunch allowance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a refined, personalised client experience through attentive greeting, needs identification, and follow-up.
- Assist clienteling and CRM activities including post-visit communication, appointment follow-ups and database maintenance.
- Present products through informed storytelling and thorough knowledge of current collections.
- Prepare orders, oversee packaging and gifting in line with brand standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory support and back-of-house tasks.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to maintain LOEWE boutique standards.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events and activations.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to contribute to individual and store commercial objectives while adhering to company policies and professional presentation standards.

- Strong interest in building a career in luxury retail; proactive and eager to learn.
- Passion for fashion, art and culture with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in fashion, business, marketing, communications or a related field.

This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
