LOEWE Client Advisor Intern in Madrid, Spain — 2–3 month luxury retail internship with mentorship and €800–900 study support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the client experience by creating memorable and personalized interactions
- Assist in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities including follow-up, communication, and clienteling
- Present products through storytelling with strong understanding of LOEWE collections
- Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact, identifying needs and directing to appropriate advisors
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, and luxury gifting services
- Collaborate as part of the team and contribute to daily store operations
- Support Visual Merchandising in alignment with LOEWE standards
- Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operational tasks
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and store objectives
- Adhere to company policies and standards including professional image and conduct
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a University program
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with University covering full 6-month duration
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong interest in luxury retail careers
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Proactive and open-minded approach to learning
- Excellent communication skills with customer-oriented mindset

Experience
Beginner level; no prior retail experience required. Strong interest in developing a career in luxury retail is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a University program with ability to provide valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
