Loewe seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Madrid: 3-month internship supporting clienteling, boutique operations and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a refined, personalised client experience across in-store interactions and follow-up communications.
- Assist CRM and clienteling activities, including client follow-ups, recording interactions and supporting relationship-building initiatives.
- Present products through informed storytelling and a solid understanding of the collections.
- Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact: identify needs and direct clients to the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, gifting and point-of-sale procedures.
- Contribute to daily store operations and collaborate closely with the boutique team on service standards and commercial objectives.
- Support Visual Merchandising execution in accordance with Loewe standards.
- Assist in organising and delivering in-store events and client initiatives.
- Support inventory control and other back-of-house operational tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, professional image and service conduct at all times.

Experience
Entry-level (beginner). Prior customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn and previous internships or service roles are a plus.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from higher education (university or vocational/fashion-related programme) or equivalent practical experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
