Role & Responsibilities

• Support the client experience by helping create memorable, personalized interactions.
• Assist in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities, including follow-up, communication and clienteling.
• Support product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
• Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assist with order preparation, packaging and gifting.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to daily store operations.
• Support Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events.
• Support inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
• Contribute to individual and store objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and standards, including those for professional image and conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in developing a career in luxury retail.
• Passion for fashion, art and culture.
• Proactive, open-minded attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently enrolled at a university or accredited business school and eligible to sign an internship agreement through the institution.
• EU citizens must hold a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number); non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit.
