Role & Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of refined, personalized client experiences and contribute to memorable interactions
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through CRM activities, follow-up communications, and clienteling initiatives
• Present products compellingly through storytelling and in-depth collection knowledge
• Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact, identify their needs, and direct them to appropriate Client Advisors
• Prepare orders, manage packaging, and support premium gifting services
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to daily store operations and achievement of individual and store objectives
• Support Visual Merchandising activities in alignment with LOEWE brand standards
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and activations
• Manage inventory tracking and support back-of-house operational tasks
• Maintain professional image and conduct in accordance with company policies and standards

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a University program
• Ability to provide a valid University internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) covering the full internship duration
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred
• Strong interest in developing a luxury retail career
• Demonstrated passion for fashion, art, and culture
• Proactive and open-minded with a genuine willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Team player capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail combined with commercial awareness

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level; no prior luxury retail experience required, though a strong commitment to the sector is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a University program with the ability to secure an official internship agreement with the institution.
