LOEWE — Client Advisor Intern in Barcelona. 3-month full-time internship supporting clienteling, merchandising and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a refined client experience through personalised greetings, needs identification and follow-up communications.
- Assist Client Advisors with CRM and clienteling activities, including client follow-up and database updates.
- Present products through informed storytelling and a solid knowledge of current collections.
- Support order preparation, packaging, gifting and other point-of-sale tasks.
- Contribute to daily store operations and collaborate with the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Assist Visual Merchandising to maintain Loewe presentation standards within the boutique.
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operational tasks.
- Help organise and execute in-store events and client experiences.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional image and conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in luxury retail and clienteling.
- Passion for fashion, art and culture with commercial awareness.
- Proactive, open-minded attitude and willingness to learn from mentors.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced store environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail in presentation and transactional procedures.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages considered an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant higher-education programme (fashion, business, luxury management or related) is preferred.

Experience
Beginner — no prior professional experience required. Interns should demonstrate enthusiasm for luxury retail; prior internships or part-time roles in retail, hospitality or customer service are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or vocational programme in fashion, business, luxury management or a related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 800 to EUR 900 per month.
