LOEWE Client Advisor position in Ingolstadt, Germany. Join the luxury fashion house as a full-time retail associate focused on client service and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team results
- Connect with clients emotionally to provide an exceptional and memorable shopping experience
- Develop and maintain a growing client portfolio through regular communication via email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
- Master and convey LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and creative vision
- Communicate product knowledge and storytelling to highlight LOEWE's offerings
- Participate actively in visual merchandising in alignment with LOEWE's standards and brand aesthetic
- Maintain products, displays, and store areas in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and execute back-of-house tasks as assigned
- Collaborate as a committed team member across all store activities and objectives
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Proven experience in achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results
- Demonstrated background in customer-centric retail or hospitality roles
- Genuine passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Natural inclination toward inclusivity and open-mindedness
- Fluency in English and German

Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience is preferred; candidates with proven success in customer-centric environments and a demonstrated ability to build client relationships are encouraged to apply.
