Loewe — Client Advisor in Geneva. Full‑time on‑site role delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and growing a personalised client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Create emotionally engaging, memorable client experiences and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and proactively grow a personal client book.
- Maintain regular client communication (email, phone, messages, personalized notes) and update client records on company tools.
- Convey LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product story through expert product knowledge, with particular emphasis on leather goods.
- Collaborate as a team player in store activities and support collective objectives.
- Execute visual merchandising tasks in line with LOEWE visual standards.
- Ensure front‑ and back‑of‑house areas are efficient, clean, secure and organised.
- Support inventory management and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house operational tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet individual sales goals and contribute to team results; prior customer‑facing retail or client advisory experience preferred.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with strong product sensibility for luxury leather goods.
- Inclusive, open‑minded demeanour with a confident, service‑oriented and empathetic approach.
- Commercially driven while maintaining collaborative team behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to build and maintain a refined client portfolio.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Authorized to work on‑site in Geneva.

Experience
Entry‑level: some prior experience in customer‑centric retail or advisory roles is preferred; demonstrable sales achievements or client development experience desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
