LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Florence, Italy (temporary) at La Rinascente Firenze to deliver exceptional client experiences and grow the client book.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance objectives.
  • Engage clients through personalised, emotionally resonant interactions to deliver exceptional and memorable service.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; proactively manage follow-up via email, phone, messages and personalised notes.
  • Grow and maintain an accurate client book, recording client information in the company’s CRM/clienteling tools.
  • Communicate LOEWE’s history, heritage and product stories with authoritative product knowledge.
  • Support visual merchandising activities in line with LOEWE standards and participate in store presentation efforts.
  • Maintain front- and back-of-house organisation: product presentation, stock organisation and adherence to security procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks while respecting company policies and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a closely related customer-centric environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team results.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach while maintaining collaborative team behaviour.
  • Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to articulate brand heritage and product narratives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for cultivating a discerning client portfolio.

Experience
