LOEWE seeks a seasonal client advisor in East Hampton, NY. Luxury retail sales role offering $24–$29/hr with comprehensive benefits and employee discount.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets while contributing to business growth
- Deliver personalized, attentive client service founded on meaningful relationships and deep product knowledge of LOEWE's heritage and collections
- Exceed individual KPI targets through consistent, top-tier customer service delivery
- Utilize CRM systems to capture and leverage customer data for targeted engagement and future sales opportunities
- Maintain a well-organized client book with regular contact, follow-up on sales and events, and prompt response to inquiries
- Maintain impeccable visual presentation of products and sales floor in accordance with LOEWE brand standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace environment and enhance team operations
- Address client-related issues expediently, including shipping, alterations, and order resolution
- Promote store events through email, telephone outreach, and personalized correspondence
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy and support inventory control as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
