Loewe is hiring a Client Advisor in Dallas, TX to lead luxury clienteling, hit sales targets and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive store performance.
- Deliver highly personalized clienteling and exceptional customer service grounded in deep product and brand knowledge.
- Use CRM tools to record client data, maintain an accurate client book and generate tailored follow-up communications.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, event promotion and timely resolution of inquiries (shipping, alterations, returns).
- Ensure visual merchandising and shop floor presentation adhere to LOEWE standards and contribute to an elevated in-store experience.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and support inventory control, shipping and receiving as required.
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment and support collective goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational capability and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong client service orientation; foreign language skills are an advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on luxury fashion sales experience within a boutique or premium retail environment, with demonstrable results against sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 25 per hour.
