Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enduring, personalised relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clients to maximise lifetime value and retention.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs through proactive client outreach, personalised appointments and conversion of store traffic.
  • Use CRM tools to capture accurate client data, manage a structured client book and deliver tailored follow-up communications (email, phone, handwritten notes).
  • Deliver exemplary in-store service that reflects LOEWE’s heritage and product knowledge, including advising on product features, leather goods care, shipping and alterations.
  • Support store operations: ensure sales floor and stockroom organisation, assist with shipping/receiving and inventory control, and contribute to housekeeping and store image standards.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain brand image standards on the sales floor.
  • Promote store events and private client experiences to drive attendance and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury fashion retail sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships and manage a client book.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store business needs.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to store goals.

Experience
