LOEWE seeks Client Advisor at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience. $18–$28/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Continuously meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service grounded in enduring client relationships and comprehensive product knowledge
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through top-tier customer service delivery
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to gather customer data and drive personalized client engagement and future opportunities
- Foster a collaborative culture and maintain open communication with colleagues
- Maintain well-organized sales floor and stockroom per company standards
- Contribute to visual product presentation and merchandising in alignment with brand standards
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and guidelines
- Accurately record and manage customer information within company database systems
- Actively promote store events through email, phone outreach, and personalized communications
- Maintain an organized client book with regular contact initiation and prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
- Address client-related issues including shipping and alterations in a timely manner
- Support general housekeeping and store visual presentation
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets
- Demonstrated success building enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative instincts
- Adaptability and responsiveness to diverse customer needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
- Foreign language knowledge preferred but not required
