LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Central Valley, New York. Seasonal, full-time luxury retail role; $24-$26/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives while contributing to sustained business growth
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric service founded on deep product knowledge and LOEWE's brand heritage
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture and leverage customer data for targeted follow-up and relationship development
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to maintain a positive, high-performing workplace environment
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom environments in accordance with company standards
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product presentation aligned with LOEWE's aesthetic guidelines
  • Uphold LOEWE's brand image standards and corporate policies at all times
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information within the database system
  • Actively promote store events via multiple channels including email, phone, and personalized correspondence
  • Manage and regularly update the client book, ensuring consistent contact and prompt follow-up on transactions and inquiries
  • Address client concerns promptly, including shipping and alteration requests
  • Participate in general store housekeeping and visual maintenance
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding both individual and store sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities with follow-through discipline
  • Collaborative team orientation with a genuine desire to work cohesively
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to varying customer needs
  • Willingness to work flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
