Loewe Client Advisor role in Boston, MA. Luxury retail sales position seeking experienced fashion professionals for full-time on-site work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth and development
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service founded on enduring and meaningful relationships, showcasing deep knowledge of Loewe's products and brand heritage
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by delivering top-tier customer service
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to gather valuable customer data for personalized client engagement and future opportunities
- Maintain an accurate and organized client book, initiating regular client contact and providing prompt follow-up on all sales, events, or client inquiries
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance the working experience and maintain a positive workplace environment
- Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized per company policy and contribute to the visual presentation of products adhering to Loewe's standards
- Actively promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
- Consistently address any client-related issues, including shipping, alterations, and customer inquiries
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
- Record all pertinent customer information accurately in the database and uphold Loewe's image standards and guidelines
Qualifications
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment
- Proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets whilst building enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate effectively
- High adaptability and ability to cater to different customer needs
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands

Experience
Over three years of demonstrated success in luxury fashion retail sales, with a proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets whilst cultivating enduring client relationships and collaborating effectively within team environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or hospitality education is advantageous but not required.
