LOEWE Client Advisor part-time position in Bicester, UK. Join the luxury fashion house for 15 hours weekly retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while maintaining team collaboration
- Engage clients with emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional, memorable experiences
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized communication
- Maintain regular client contact via email, phone, messages, and personalized notes
- Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives through expert storytelling
- Build and expand personal client portfolio with accurate data management
- Actively contribute to visual merchandising execution aligned with LOEWE standards
- Maintain product presentation, cleanliness, security, and organization throughout the store
- Support inventory management and back-of-house operations as needed
- Adhere to LOEWE policies, grooming standards, and behavioral expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail or customer-centric experience
- Fluency in English; additional language is advantageous
