LOEWE seeks Client Advisor (part-time, 15 hours) in Bicester, UK. Luxury retail role focusing on client relationships and brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives through results-driven performance
- Connect with clients in an engaging emotional way to provide exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
- Master and articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product categories through compelling storytelling
- Develop and grow personal client book while maintaining accurate client information in company systems
- Actively participate in visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain products and store environment in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Perform as a collaborative team player, participating in all activities contributing to overall store objectives
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operations
- Uphold company policies and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or hospitality role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate brand values authentically
