Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales objectives to drive boutique performance.
  • Build, maintain and grow long-term client relationships through highly personalised service and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate and communicate authoritative product knowledge, including LOEWE’s heritage and leather expertise.
  • Record and maintain accurate client data using CRM tools to enable tailored outreach and clienteling.
  • Promote and support store events through phone, email and personalised notes to maximise client engagement.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with LOEWE standards.
  • Maintain an organised, brand-compliant sales floor and stockroom; support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required.
  • Manage client requests end-to-end, including alterations, shipping issues and after-sales service.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and participate in general housekeeping to uphold store image.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets and building a client book.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal presence.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrated adaptability to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Experience
